  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specific value. Details of any ongoing promotions will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Canada.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at Hi@TheFlavorGang.ca. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hi@TheFlavorGang.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to orders can be made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
