Returns
- Perishable goods (such as food items) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, a store credit will be issued and sent to you via email. This credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Hi@TheFlavorGang.ca with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, including providing a store credit if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
